What kind of training can I expect?

That depends on what your current fitness level is and what you want it to be! We form a custom program for you that evolves with you. As you get stronger, your workouts will become more challenging to ensure continuous progress.

What's the difference between buying sessions and starting a program?

When you buy sessions, you buy as many as you want and use them when you want. When you start a program you commit to a certain number of sessions each week for 3, 6, or 12 months. In addition to the consistency you get with the programs, you get a pretty sweet discount for the commitment!

I want to sign up for a 12 month program. What happens if I go on vacation?

With flexible scheduling, you can opt to get make-up sessions in before or after your trip. Just make sure you let us know when you'll be going so we can schedule as soon as possible!

How do I schedule sessions?

We understand that schedules in work, school, family, and life in general can get a little crazy. We offer the option to have the same session times on the same days each week for your entire program to keep it simple and make sure you get the times you want. If you prefer, you can schedule monthly or even weekly.

How can I make payments?

All of our programs have a convenient no-interest monthly payment option. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
